Each fragrance is a unique mixture. Some may be all natural oils, some may be
all aroma compounds, and most will be a blending of the two, depending on the fragrance desired. Materials come
from a broad spectrum of sources, and those ingredients may be different depending on the fragrance you
require.
A lot of people are miss-informed about essential oils. They are not all safe
or good for you. Some essential oils are very dangerous. A lot of essential oils won't work in a
candle. We choose the materials based on what makes the fragrance smell like you want it to AND how it will
perform in our product.
Essential oils can vary hugely in cost, odour, and quality from season to season
because of environmental factors in the country of origin, availability, and demand on the world market. There is
no common base for all the fragrances. Each scent is a different blend of
ingredients.
